I've been working with Rhonda in the Las Vegas office regarding the navigation of procedures for addressing customer concerns. Rhonda has been more than helpful, and provided some great insight. She is a great advocate for communication and resolution between each party. I was very impressed with Rhonda's willingness to help and professionalism.
Protect My Car (Vehicle Service Coverage) I have had a tremendous experience with my first need of service for my vehicle. Protect My Car kept it's word in everything they stated in there contract. I'm so pleased with the way the entire process went. If it wasn't not for Protect My Car, I would not have been able to pay to get my car fix at the moment. I'm still driving my car due to their help, and not taking the bus. I recommend Protect My Car to anyone that wants to stay on the road. They saved me approx. $1,500.00 in repairs. Kudos To Them!!!!
They closed my complaint administratively with a business(Sleep Safe Solutions) after getting me to return an 800$ item to the business at my expense for a replacement that I never got? They are also giving the business an A+ rating?? How is ripping me off completely deserving of an A+ Rating? and closure for the business that has stopped responding. They have also now removed my complaint from their website ? Wow that is special ....... amazing how deceitful this is. My complaint number with them is 90204400. I called them as asked and I understand that there is little they can do but ask the business to be good but they provide an A+ rating still.
Unlike the BBB in other cities, they side with partner businesses for no logical or legal reason. A continuation of the stereotypes about Las Vegas businesses
We loved Vegas. I am writing to express the terrible business that is hurting the Vegas experience and needs to be regulated. Slotzilla is the absolute worst run bunch of crooks I've ever worked with. All one has to do is read the reviews from Vegas visitors to see the common thread of cheating, lying and stealing. I'm challenging my cc charge of $600 with them, but they were unwilling to give our money back on a scheduling mistake on their end. -Ryan
