I'm so happy to have found this lovely studio to come and practice in community. I've attended both the restorative class and the all levels flow and found value in each practice. The all levels flow had me stepping outside the box and moving my body in new ways. So fun and rewarding! The gift of instruction comes from the heart and the $11 suggested donation is very reasonable and works with my fluctuating schedule. Plus there is beautiful work from local artists on the walls , helping contribute to an inviting and creatively charged work space. Classes with Cheryl have been delightful.💙 Can't wait to bring friends!
My favorite place in the entire world 🌎. Cheryl, Lauren and the whole team made me feel home. I had some health issues, they helped me resolve it. Not only do they offer yoga but they also offer reiki, sound healing, Tibetan bowl and a lot of classes. Highly recommended!!
Cheryl is an amazingly skilled instructor. I had my doubts since the class was donation based, but I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and over all experience. I have been attending various yoga classes in town for the past 2 years and she helped me advance my practice for a reasonable donation price. The art filled room and other practitioners were great!
I've been a longtime visitor of Blue Sky Yoga. Cheryl is a peaceful person bringing her persona,l generous practice to the community. It is donation based. And I've had many spiritual experiences through her community of musicians and artists who help bring this loving practice to the public.
I just started going to this studio for Bellydance classes a few months before the pandemic. It’s a cute really Zen Beautiful space decorated with Art by locals located in downtown Arts district Nextdoor the Artifice. The classes I attended were popular and the owner of the studio was even a participant. I haven’t had a chance to take the yoga there yet but have from one of the teachers before she moved to Blue Sky so I know her yoga class is awesome too. 💕💯💕
