I practiced Tai chi at this place for 2 months and absolutely love it! I feel so relaxed and energized after every class and thoroughly enjoy feeling the good energy the classes give. I also took part in their Korea meditation Tour last month and it was absolutely life changing. Beautiful nature, qigong training from senior masters in korea, and great food. I feel my energy has gotten lighter and happier since I got back. This place is truly genuine and the center masters are amazing and sincerely want to help. I strongly recommend to anyone looking for peace and Good health.
The reason I like this place so much more than other studios is primarily because the instructors do more than just teaching class. They reach out to their students, and get to know them on a personal level. I can tell they’re truly dedicated and love what they do. This makes Body & Brain a very welcoming environment. I’ve been coming here less than a month and already feel a significant, positive impact on my day-to-day life.
I’m relatively new at doing yoga; but after five sessions, I’ve noticed a heightened spiritual connection within myself. So much so, that people have noticed my brighter mood! Inside is clean, calm, and welcoming every time you enter. The practitioners are all kind and friendly, and are a delight to converse with; keeping you on track to whatever growth you’re seeking.
I’ve been going to Body & Brain Yoga for 6 months now. When I first started, I had anxiety and stress. I notice after 3 months, my stresses had reduced and glad I went to this location. What a journey I have been on! The practice of Body & Brain Yoga has helped me physically and spiritually. When I initially came to the center - my mind was fogged and my body was weak. After a month I can say that I am much clearer and my body is getting stronger. This practice is different and will help you find your true self. I have done yoga, pilates, and just plain working out at the gym but nothing compares to this. I've learned how important it is to connect mind, body, and spirit to feel calm, peaceful, and happy. I had nothing to lose but have gained everything I was in need of. 감사합니다
