I really like the concept of Build A Bear. It really is a lot of fun. BUT.....my daughter's 11 dollar Birthday bear turned in to a $70 adventure. Then she sees a Jack Skellington. So he was additional cost, which I knew would be the case. But walking out with $150 worth of bears in their basic clothing is a bit much. I get it. I really do. They have to make their money. But throw a bone every now and then for the ones that spend the money. The ones that wait in the lines, etc. Like, you know....loyalty points or something. We can't go there often, because of the cost. And I really hate saying "no" to almost everything my daughter wants. The staff is great (they seemed to enjoy their jobs) and it was a pleasant atmosphere. Will of course go again. Just have to remember to bring an extra paycheck!
Roxy and Ellie helped me and my 2 children with our first buildabear experience Saturday 4/9/22. I can't say enough good things about them! I hope they love their job and their employer doesn't take them for granted. Seriously, thank you for helping me create those memories with my children. You 2 were BEYOND helpful and my kids were beyond happy with their experience!
Great for families! Took my granddaughter and great granddaughter for her 3rd birthday! They are such sweet and kind people who work there. It is a yearly tradition for my great grand baby for her birthday. Will go there every year at this time.
First time going into a build-a-bear with an aggressive employee. Usually we have wonderful service and a fun experience but at this location it was the total opposite, absolute hell. Definitely do not recommend taking your children here! please beware.
Very fun! I've been here a few times. Staff are nice, stuffed animals are cute, and it's pretty clean. Super fun place to go to, I recommend!
