I have dealt with several companies trying to overcharge me and cut corners. I can’t say enough good things regarding Butter Plumbing. Everyone should use their services and don’t waste time questioning 🤨 who’s the right person to call..? Because it’s BUTTER PLUMBING!!!

Service was very personable. Both guys very friendly and respectful. Toilet works, though shortly after they left I noticed the tank is a tad "askew" and toilet seat wasn't tightened all the way. Minor issues however and as long as they don't cause problems later I'm fine with the service and installation.

After a day of waiting for their tech to show up and repeated assurances that they would resolve the issue, their tech Gregory Jenkins showed up - I apprised him of the situation and that we had determined it was likely that the Pressure Relief Valve was faulty and simply needed to be replaced. His response was "Well YOU will have to do that, they won't even allow me to".
I then ordered him off the property.
Butter Plumbing failed MISERABLY and I would NEVER use them again. Nor will I refer my own clients.

Recently we had a water heater leak and we called Butter plumbing. Our family would like to acknowledge J.J. one of their pro's who was involved with our repair. J.J. is in our thoughts as the best asset Butter has, he was thorough, professional and clean, he well represents the best of Butter. We would also like to acknowledge Melissa their phone contact person for being friendly and thorough with following up and helping us with scheduling, all real caring and friendly person. Colton did a great job. We had a problem with a repair done 3 days prior. Butter responded quickly to correct the problem. Good people too deal with.
