You won't be disappointed. You can walk through several buildings which include a few homes, chapel. And a printing building. There were also some cool trains and a nice walking trail. We were surprised on how big the area is.
Lots of great local history here. I enjoy the houses set up in detail for the period and they explain about life in Las Vegas before the hype. Plenty to see and nice to walk around the grounds. Chapel is also iconic. Special events also done on site and an inexpensive day to enjoy with family.
Such an unknown treasure! I encourage everyone who can visit this amazing museum to do so because the $2.00 admission, ($1.00) for 55 and over is the best bargain EVER! This tells such amazing stories and has wonderful exhibits. It also has lovely walking trails. I can't encourage this museum enough. It's a must see!
I have visited there twice and loved both trips. The nature walk is wonderful, I loved the art room, and the rest was wonderful and interesting as well. The price is fantastic for what you get to see and experience. It is peaceful and informative.
The Clark County Museum blew my expectations out of the water. It was much larger than I expected. The wide range of exibits was very educational. There is two good distance nature trails all in all we walked at least a mile. The staff was very friendly and helpful. And the kids loved the scavenger hut.
