I repeated the first day to register, I do not need a coach to train, but they asked me 5 times. Be careful not to miss anything there.
Most people do not have a towel to clean their body and practice sweating on all equipment.
It should be told to people or a sign should be put up as a reminder.

Front desk staff has been better than ever. Very friendly, playful & always remember my daughter by name. She loves going to the kids daycare & the staffing is wonderful as well. Very friendly. Environment I love! It’s CLEAN! Personal trainers are always smiling and eager to help members if they see someone that looks in need of assistance. Lastly, not only do they greet you coming in but always have something nice to say on our way out.

Update 11/1: I’ve been going to EOS for two weeks mostly at this location. Sahara is my favorite location. All of the employees are really pleasant. The kids club employees are so sweet and I love that each and everyone of them say to have a good workout. It is not like that at all the EOS’. I did Zumba with Chisa. She’s a great instructor like they all are. I love her esteem. She has a beautiful body and beautiful personality. She told me I did a good job when I exited her class. The class is fast paced but fun and colorful. I write these reviews to encourage people to try group fitness if they join EOS. It’s worth it. It’s always good when instructors know their stuff and enjoy what they do so much that’s it’s palpable. ❤️
I like this gym as a whole! It’s a worthy investment of money for me. Today I did water fit with Tara. She’s an amazing and motivating instructor. Her class was filled with elders but it was fun to do water exercises with them all. I had a good time. Also shout out to the care workers in the kids club. You guys rock!

Solid location and good equipment for a good price. Generally pretty clean as well. My history with EOS is up and down, but the current Fitness Manager does a good job trying to keep things running smoothly and the PT team seems pretty solid at this point. Only reason for 4 stars is because they're busy enough that the customer service isn't perfect. It was a little rough finding the right trainer for me and I was on two contracts for a little while because the cancellation policy wasn't well explained, but as soon as I brought it up it to them it was quickly addressed from there.

Update 12/24: still being charged. Went in to see Jeff the manager/trainer. He reassured us in mid Nov that all is taken care of. Nope, got charged for personal training the next week. Had to get the bank involved. They’re still trying to charge us gym membership that we asked them to cancel in Oct with this guy named Tim who was the operation assistant manager. Great business strategy here.
Update 11/12: still being charged. They apparently didn’t cancel our membership despite reassuring us. This management is something special.
Terrible management. The assistant manager said you can cancel the membership anytime. But when we went to cancel after 20 days, we said they would charge the annual fee because it takes 30 days to cancel. So even if you cancel on day 1, you’ll get smacked with the fee. We argued and the guy said he’d make sure we won’t be charged. No chance. Just saw $88 bill and $15 bill. Much higher we what we were told we’d be charged when we saw them for a cancellation fee. Be aware. They said the manager Jeff would call us. Never heard from them. This happened twice. They only are assertive when you’re new.
