I have been coming to this studio for over a year and I must say I loved it. We were always greeted by friendly staff and the instructors were the best. I decided to stay in this studio because I loved Marc's classes. He is so knowledgeable and passionate about his teaching. He always motivates his students during class in a way that is always respectful and professional. I've also taken Sam's classes and she is also a great instructor. Both Marc and Sam always made class enjoyable and have helped me reach my health goals. I have taken classes at other studios and with personal trainers but Marc and Sam are by far my favorite. It is so disheartening to know they will no longer be teaching and my workout routine will definitely not be the same without them.
I am so happy that EVOLUTION is open again & we are able to practice yoga & other group classes. I also want to say with the new guidelines & fitness establishments being limited on class size, I am happy they may not be a popular place in town (even though they are the best with an amazing vibe, awesome instructors & most beautiful space), because I have been able to get in to class with no issue, & practice yoga & social distancing with no problem. Another thing I LOVED before is it was & still is the cleanest studio; & now they are really taking thing to another level with keeping the space super sanitary & safe for all of us that practice there. I really hope the city pulls through all of this, & I am able to continue going to the "House of LOVE" for years to come, because I really feel welcome & at home there & not just a membership #..
I’ve been going here for 5 months now - it started out fantastic unfortunately it has GONE DOWN THE TUBES. I was seriously in love with the studio and instructors. Upon joining I had just moved here so it was a great community to be immersed in being new to town. Shawn, Juliet, and Stacy all kept me motivated and inspired. All three no longer work here?! What is happening?? The studio is now overpopulated with newbies from the studios teacher training (everyone has to start somewhere but its nice to have seasoned/smooth instructors sometimes). The class sizes are shrinking, classes are being cancelled and removed, and the high quality instructors are either all leaving or being fired? I’m not sure what the owner is thinking? I see a huge negative shift in the studio over the past month for the worse. I hope Celine and Vivian stick it out here... It may be time for another studio soon. If you are considering this studio, don't get attached to the staff. It seems like they know how to get rid of their best, probably to make an extra dime.
I have been a member here for over a year and I continue to enjoy spending time here. I have found this to be a very warm and accepting environment where everyone is welcomed and encouraged. The instructors are all enthusiastic about what they do, and are more than willing to work with you in regards to individual limitations. I also love the app that they have. It is easy to use on my phone and easy to sign into and reserve a spot in class. Evolution Yoga is located in the Warm Spring Promenade Plaza which is on the south side of Warm Springs Road across from Sunset Station. The studio is located between Big Lots and Savers on the eastern most side of the strip mall. There is more than ample parking directly in front of the studio. There are three separate rooms in where classes are held, be sure to check the schedule to see what room your class is in. In case you have forgotten your mat, or simply don't have one you can rent a mat from the studio for a fee. There is also a selection of workout wear you can purchase as well as water, and other drinks. The women's locker room is always neat, tidy and most importantly clean. They have shampoo, conditioner soap dispensers in the stall so in case you forget your shower kit (as I have) there are alternatives. Definitely recommend checking this studio out.
I have been attending this school for the past two months, and I must say it is amazing. Their is a wide variety of classes and instructors here with a wide variety of time frames. My favorite class is the hot pilates taught by Vivian. She is an excellent instructor that cares about all her students and takes a vested interest in making sure they get the most out of the workouts. The class is hard, but fun with a great mix of music and exercises. I was debating if I would go to more then one class once I tried it out, but after one class with Vivian , here I am going on 3 months and getting in great shape.
