We called Focus Plumbing because a neighbor highly recommended a particular service man, Adan, who had done work at his home. We requested Adan and made an appointment. The morning of our appointment, Adan sent us a text message letting us know he'd be showing up in 40 minutes. His punctual arrival and immediate professional and friendly personality were notable. After carefully listening to us describe our kitchen faucet problems, he was able to assess what needed to be done and proceeded to explain to us the Focus Plumbing policy and options we needed to agree upon for his service. He spoke clearly, answered our questions and gave us our total cost for what we wanted done. He immediately got to work and before we knew it, he was finished. We're very pleased with our new faucet and will definitely hire Adan for any future home repairs we have. We will also recommend Focus Plumbing and Adan to any friends who need quality service for any home repairs they may have. Thank you Adan for your courtesy shown in caring for our home. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!!

I have been having water heater issues for about a week. I have a Home Warranty company, but they just keep giving me the round around. I called Focus Plumbing and they responded right away. Brandon explained clearly what the problem was and offered solutions and alternatives. My experience with Focus was great!
Update 9/14/22:
I decided to replace my water heater and went with Focus Plumbing again. Replacing the water heater is a sizable expense, so I wanted to go with someone I trust. Just like the first visit, Brandon did an excellent job and got me set up with the new system. My experience has been great and would not hesitate to recommend Focus Plumbing and to commend Brandon for their professionalism!

Had a great experience from start to finish! Our water heater was leaking profusely and flooded our garage. Focus Plumbing helped make a stressful situation into a huge relief once they arrived. From the pleasant experience with the phone representative, to dispatch calling back promptly to schedule and lastly our technician, Jesse. He was very helpful, professional, and informative with the questions we had making sure we were 100% satisfied with everything before he finished the job.
