Amazing atmosphere, friendly and knowledgeable staff, great community of like minded/ healthy minded individuals. The Tai Chi and Qigong classes are fun, challenging, and relaxing. Absolutely love the healing arts and services offered here! After class I get organic food bars and drinks and I also pick up my Tonic herbs and nutritional supplements here. This place is authentic and is the real deal when it comes to Tai Chi and Qigong instruction. I will be training here a long time!
I attended my first Qigong class this morning, it was a wonderful experience. Our teacher was knowledgeable and fun. My classmates were kind, thoughtful people. I plan on going again as soon as possible and bringing guests. I also bought some delicious tea from their organic store.
