The Beef Wellington was delicious and very tender (so much that we ordered 3 of them), but the star of the show in my eyes was the Mac N Cheese! I would return next time just to have the Mac N Cheese, something about it was just *chefs kiss*. Everything else we ordered was delicious as well. We got the scallops, foie gras, and the Mew York strip, which I was also a big fan of. Drinks were very good as well! We got a drink that was presented in a box with smoke, which was very entertaining to see. I’m definitely returning here if I come back to Vegas anytime soon.
Hell’s Kitchen was hands down thee best restaurant experience I have ever had!! Everything from the time we walked in to when we left was absolutely on point!! We made lunch reservations on a Saturday afternoon, we checked in a little early and was able to get seated a little early as well. Our server was very professional, very knowledgeable and super helpful. It being a Saturday they were pretty busy, so we were impressed at the speed that our food came out. We started off with the lobster risotto. The lobster risotto was amazing, not too heavy, had just the right amount of flavor. For my entree I got the beef Wellington. This dish was the best steak I have ever had!! Hearing the story behind this dish and the amount you of time that goes into definitely gave me a whole new appreciation for it as well. Then to top everything off we ordered a sticky toffee pudding for dessert that was to die for!! This lunch was by far the best part of our visit to Vegas and definitely an experience I will never forget!!
First time there. We had the scallops, beef wellington, sticky pudding, salmon. The scallops may have been undercooked. I never had them before, as I don't like seafood, so I didn't know what to expect. But I gave it a college try and I still didn't care for them. My friend enjoyed the scallops though and she thought they might have been undercooked. The beef wellington was awesome. The best steak that I ever had! Although the wellington was perfectly cooked I would have liked it cooked for a minute or two longer. Just a personal preference otherwise perfect. The sticky pudding was awesome and not a small portion either!!! The ice cream with it was fabulous!!! The best ice cream ever!!! My friend said the salmon was WOW!!! I tried a small bite but as I said I don't like seafood and didn't like it. The only real complaint we had was my friend ordered a coffee with cream and was given milk instead. She had a upset stomach the rest of the night because she's lactose intolerant. We saw a nearby table brought out a glass case. When the waitress opened the case a bunch of smoke came out and there was a drink inside, possibly coffee, smoked coffee who knew! The food was expensive but the experience was awesome and made it well worth it!!! Just like the TV show red and blue kitchen/chefs and you got to see the chefs cooking your food. AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!!!
We didn’t have reservation so we were going to wait for the bar. Someone cancelled so we actually got a table at the high tables near the bar which we liked even better. The food was AMAZING! We ordered the lobster risotto Mac and cheese and chicken. No complaints whatsoever ever. Everything was seasoned to perfection. We were celebrating our anniversary and they paid for our dessert which was a nice touch! I can’t remember our waitress name but she was also amazing. Good is pricey and small portions but I was expecting that being that this is a fine dining experience. Dress code was really relaxed some people were dressed very nice and formal where as most of the others were casual jeans and nice shirt will suffice.
Celebration dinner with 6 people, dropped $1000 on dinner. For that money I expect the food to spectacular and the service to be exemplary. The food was, the service was not. We were seated quickly upon arrival. Our waiter introduced himself and explained some menu options. He then disappeared and never took a drink order. He finally returned and announced he was set to take our order at which point I asked of that was drinks, dinner or both. He seemed surprised we wanted drinks and we ordered those with the meal, odd process for a high end restaurant. Worst of all, he completely MISSED taking the order of one person in the party and we had to call him back to get that order. The food was amazing, so many layers of flavor! We placed our dessert order which was pretty simple as 4 of the 6 had the prix fixe dinner so there shouldn't have been much to screw up but not only did the waiter forget my port but when we reminded him of the drink order I was informed the port I ordered was unavailable. I was given a complimentary glass of a lower end port. Overall a nice place to eat but the experience with the waiter made the evening much less enjoyable than it could have been.
