From one business owner to another it’s really sad that I have to write this review. I Purchased a package of three colonic sessions. I attended one and tipped the technician. I later had to have a colonoscopy to find out some really bad news about my health. I wasn’t allowed to have colonic cleanse any longer. Not until some treatments were completed. I contacted healing Waters and spoke with the manager. They did not care that I had anything going on and the road that I had ahead of me to deal with my medical challenges. They were not issuing any type of credit. If a client had called my ultrasound studio and had any medical reasons why she couldn’t fulfill the rest of her services in a package. No questions asked I would always give the client their money back hands-down. The way that this was handled was extremely poor and I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Healing Waters staff from beginning to end made me feel so welcome and encouraged to do this procedure. I was very apprehensive to come in. However after speaking to Heather I was inclined to change my mind. I mean nobody wants anybody messing with their buttock area. Lol. However arriving Vinsha greeted me with pure generosity. And she certainly made me feel relax and comfortable until the end. I went in Friday and by Monday I felt normal and great from my colonic cleanse. Thank you!

Great experience! Vinisha was very welcoming right from the front door! The place was relaxing and immaculate. I was offered an Amazing Greens drink during my brief check in. Then Michelle explained everything completely and helped me understand what to expect. Check out was quick and easy. Definitely recommend hydrotherapy at this place!

I’ve been going to Healing Waters for their services for ten years. Their professionalism, courtesy and genuine care keeps me returning. The supplements they sell from Herbally Grounded are some of the best in quality I’ve ever taken. For anyone who cares about their health, I highly recommend Healing Waters as a part of your routine of your well being journey.

My mother and I both came in for a colonic. It was my first time. Michelle is amazing and very thorough in explaining the process. I felt very comfortable here. You are given privacy in your very own room. Such a clean and organized environment. I felt light and relieved after the colonic. All of the staff is friendly and welcoming. Kimberly in the front desk is most helpful and willing to answer all questions. Ask about their special offers. :) I will most certainly be coming back, and yes I do recommend this place to others. 5 ⭐️ STARS! Superb customer service. 10/10 Thank you ladies !
