Stay away from this attorney. He took my case which was a simple custody case that I already have sole legal and sole physical custody. Mr. Posin was to answer a simple motion requiring more visitation from the other party. Posin asked 5K retainer. I paid no problem, then he asked for another 5K and we hadn't stepped foot into a Courtroom. Covid had us doing virtual. Posin let the opposing counsel run the show. It was not what I paid for. Bottom line is I ended up paying this charlatan 12.5K and was in the exact same place. I ended up finishing the motion in pro-se. Now Posin has put me in collections for another 3K. Damaging my credit because I refuse to be ripped off.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS ATTORNEY (I use the term loosely).

I had hired an attorney for divorce who basically dropped the ball on everything. I then hired Attorney Posin. Posin is awesome. He has stayed in contact with me more in two weeks than my previous attorney did for an entire year. He responds to my calls and emails in a timely manner. He is very professional and realistic. He is currently helping me with fixing my divorce decree which is an uphill battle. I am very grateful for his help.
