I am a regular to this location. I spend $200 minimum almost every time I come into this store. I also try new things based on suggestions from staff. I always have a good time, but this most recent experience with David has lost your brand and location a devoted customer. David, who identified as the "General Manager" of the store, is someone I have never seen at this location in my 9 months of living out in Vegas and frequenting this specific shop. He informed me he can't take my identification card that I have been using at this same location for the last 3 weeks after my wallet was stolen. I explained this to the staff I frequently see and they were more than accommodating. I used this same Identification card this weekend to buy cartridges, but was immediately turned away because I had a hole punch in my spare I'd, a non-enhanced Washington license. Is this how you treat supposed out of town era who want to spend money? I get seeing an out of state Id, but to completely refuse service for an identification card that was quite literally used this weekend at this exact weekend, is bull sugar, and as such, I will be sending formal complaints to the better business bureau, licensing offices of Nevada, as well as the cannabis board for denying service with a still valid identification card that just so happened to have a punch. (My I'd scans everywhere else just fine) Sucks that you will no longer be seeing my business, and I'm sorry to say I won't see any reprehends for this situation

This dispensary used to open at 10am and now it opens at 9am. They have local discount and a rewards program as well as a bunch of deals all of the time. I prefer the MedMen Red carts and Wyld CBD drinks - they also have a ton of moonrocks to choose from. A great spot!

This place is so friendly from the time we walk in the 2 security ladies were so nice. We had the pleasure of having Raya & Thomas for our budtender, they were so helpful with all our need and so informative with all our questions we had. Thank you so much will definitely be back!

This is by far the best and most professional place… from the young lady at the door (phenomenal personality FYI) then the BEST Bud tender I have ever met (Mr.Mikey Spencer). Mikey was by far hands down phenomenal with his skill sets explaining and giving me the best bang for my dollar. Good looking out! I definitely will be returning to this Spot! Thank you also to the young lady who at the end gave equally customer service! God please these great human beings❤️

Shout out to Christine T! She was attentive to what I wanted and educated me on some product brands/tech that I was unsure of. Great conversation and I walked away with a Stizzy pen that has performed outstandingly.
I would go out of my way to shop here if I had to but it's a great central location for me.
