I had made a reservation for a friends birthday. We were running behind so I called to push the reservation back a bit. When I got there there was no marked change of the reservation so I was told we had to wait. It was very hot out, I made a reservations so naturally I wasn't too happy standing outside. That being said, the staff sincerely made up for that mishap. I was BEYOND impressed at how they went above and beyond once inside. Every staff member as well as the owner was extremely friendly. The rose coffee and cheesecake were both delicious and my friend and i enjoyed our time there. What I was most impressed at is that as my friend and I were walking out, the guy, Angel, who was serving, busing, seating, cleaning, and answering phones chased my friend and I down to apologize again for us having to wait outside. Honestly, that was phenomenal customer service in my eyes. It wasn't necessary but he did it anyways and I appreciate it so much. Thank you to the wonderful staff who was working so very hard, my friend and I truly enjoyed interacting with everyone, as well as what we ordered and will most definitely be back.
I will agree that some of the parties here were a bit mediocre HOWEVER, this place deserves a 5-star rating just for the creativity, design and ambiance alone. Not to mention the girl who helped us at the counter was lovely. And anyway, we tried about five different treats and I will say the chocolate cakes were wonderful. What a great place to come and bring your kids for a treat day - bravo!
Cute and unique place. Great for pictures with your friends. Service was a 2 rating. Overpriced. When our bill came we had a charge for water at $9.00. Asked the server, why am I being charge for water. She said, I gave you bottled water. Told her that it was your choice that you gave us bottled water. I was assuming it was tap water. Nice try for the UP charge. It was removed. Cute and all but it's a one time visit.
Vegas was a girls' trip and Mrs. Coco was one of the main destinations on our itinerary. Decor is nice and pink. Food has great presentation, taste is decent, and portions are fulfilling. However, I give it a 2 star because of service. We were serviced by a blonde haired lady, which I assume might be the owner. This was our first time in Vegas and naturally we had questions. We asked if we wanted more lemonade if refills were free or charged. We're from Texas so we do things differently down here. Well, we were treated with a very condescending tone. I left feeling like an ant among elephants; I felt so belittled. Other than that, we definitely liked it. I'm not sure if we would go back, but I'm sure my order won't make a difference to them.
So cute, a nice little spot for brunch. Super busy, staff very friendly, and the food is good too. It is on the pricier side, but I can see why. They take their time with plateing and finer details. It's located in the village park at the parking garage.
