Love the ride! The train museum is well worth the stop. We loved the model trains were wonderful. My mom is 91 and just wanted it to last longer. The kids we saw on the train with their parents were having a great time.
Very cool! Love the train car with the model trains running and the dozens of model train cars in the display cases on the wall. I could sit there for a while watching them run and checking out the detailed landscape.
Nice little ride. A great place to take children. Kids will love the model railroad. Only disappointment was they should have a narrative. A plus was it is located in Boulder, another great place to visit after your rail ride.
We went on the adults only Santa train ride and I hate to say it but it's a bit overrated. The employees are great for sure but the short ride might be as well be on a RTC bus. The whole experience is not well organized, including Santa's yard where the lines are long and barely move. And don't buy the hot dogs for $5. They're barely lukewarm dogs. There are better ways to spend $120. Merry Christmas ⛄! Ho Ho Ho!
We paid $240 for our family of 6 on the Santa train. It was embarrassing. We boarded the train and our "table" was a fold out table with chairs. The interior lights being on during the whole ride ment that you couldn't see anything through the windows. Will never do this again. Complete disappointment. Grossly overpriced. Not worth the time. Our train car was basically a cargo hold. Pretty mad for thinking was going to be a memorable evening out. It was memorable, but for all the wrong reasons.
