I am a bit new to these orange theory workouts, three months in, but I am addicted. The workouts are always challenging and never boring. The front desk staff is always so nice and welcoming, the coaches keep you motivated and are helpful when you need adjustments (form, alternative moves, etc). Even if you are just starting out on workouts or you in great shape, these workouts are for everyone.
OTF is a great workout you can exercise at your own pace. The environment is super motivating and challenging! I have lost 20 pounds of fat and gained 3 pounds of muscle being intentional about my workouts in the last 6/7 months! All shapes and sizes you don’t have to be super fit! Staff is really welcoming 💕
I love love love my workout classes at OTF!! The coaches are always so upbeat and positive, and never intimidating or harsh! I signed up with Orangetheory last month with the intent to go to two classes a week. After I did my first two classes, I promptly upped my membership to ensure that I could go as often as I wanted! I currently go about 4 to 5 times a week and I can’t get enough! So happy that I was introduced to this fun, upbeat, splat worthy group! Everyday I push myself a little harder and sweat a little more, and I couldn’t be more proud of myself!
The front desk ladies are so helpful! I like how there’s always a coach who’s watching you. Rather than someone who gives out the class and works out with you. My back was hurting quite a bit and I loved the strap workouts. That’s why I became a member. It stretches my back so good and makes it feel better. I had already lost significant weight before enrolling and was looking forward to losing some more; unfortunately in the 1.5months that I been a member I have not lost not one pound. I work out at least 5 times a week or more sometimes…I still like the workouts and never give up
You get a great workout and the staff, coaches and other members make this gym feel like a second home. Always clean and safe. And everyone is always smiling.
