Came here with family a few weeks back. We got a steak which was well seasoned and a nice tender cut. Was really good. My sister and I got a pasta and steak salad, and the bits of steak on each were cooked well done instead of medium, but the waiter and manager were really great about it and got me a new one right away when I expressed dissatisfaction faction. Food 4/5, service 5/5
I was recently asked to be a secret restaurant reviewer for establishments on the Las Vegas strip. After reviewing four establishments earlier this week, I decided to review and provide social media content for Outback Steakhouse and have a few of my friends accompany me. When we arrived, we were told by the hostess that the wait would be 20 minutes, which wasn't initially a problem. We asked if we could wait on an empty bench near the front of the restaurant and the hostess told us no because they didn't have enough space to accommodate other guests that were waiting on a table, although there was no one physically waiting at the time. In fact, there was a number of empty tables just toward the front of the restaurant and a couple entered from the elevators and were seated immediately. Nevertheless, me and my two guest decided to go outside and wait since we were told it would only be 20 minutes and I would receive a text when the table was ready. After waiting 29 minutes, we went back upstairs to the restaurant where we immediately noticed a family sitting on the empty bench that were previously told no one could occupy. We were seated at a table, and I decided to ask the hostess why was it okay for the family to sit there but we were implicitly told that we could not and had to wait outside in the Las Vegas heat. The hostess told me that "the policy just changed today" in which I replied "within the last 20 minutes we were made to wait?" She said "yes". My guests and I immediately decided to leave. I would hate to believe that this was racially motivated, but must note that we are black and the family allowed to wait inside the restaurant was not, along with the couple immediately seated. I know this may not be the experience shared by others, but it is unfortunately a lasting impression that I wouldn't wish on anyone. If possible, I would give this establishment zero stars.
Great food and service! We had dinner at Outback steakhouse with our 2 teenager kids. The food was delicious, both meat and fish. Travis (our waiter) was very attentive, professional and friendly. The athmosphere was relaxed. Food arrived quickly. In short, we had a great evening!
Very nice people and very cool location. Our server Lexi was awesome and the manager Kyle was friendly and nice to talk to. Will definitely be going back again.
I am a frequent diner at Outback. Good quality food at reasonable prices and have never been disappointed with the service. Servers are always prompt and friendly.
