We absolutely loved this place. The service and amenities were awesome. They upgraded us to a nice suite that was newly remodeled, so we really appreciated that. Oscars Steakhouse and Pop Up Pizza were awesome, I highly recommend eating at those two places, even if you're not staying at The Plaza. The casino was great as well, it was clean, not too smoky, and the cocktail waitresses were very attentive. We will definitely be back! I'd also like to give a huge shout out to Bronson!
Definitely the most unique player card in my wallet from Fremont Street, which makes it easy to identify quickly. Their rewards program is pretty good too. Slot payout is about average. Their cocktail waitresses actually see me just about every time I'm there which is much better than a lot of the Fremont St casinos. They got quite a few restaurants inside if you know where to look and customer service at all of the places I've been to within has definitely been adequate. Not my favorite decor out of all of the places we go out there but not everybody has my taste. I would say we have had a good time every time we go to the Plaza.
Many years ago before renovation was the last time I was at the PLAZA CASINO. Everything now is clean, modern with good AC. The BINGO ROOM is fabulous, not extra large room so you don't feel crowded. Room almost filled with large stationary monitors which is easy to access and use. Staff so friendly. The way some of the bingo callers called the number was very enthusiastic. Will go back to bingo again when I'm in Vegas!!!!
We loved the hotel. Rooms were very good. ( loved the cable). The shower drain trap, was not attached was not attached. One step into the drain, will cut up your feet (especially after some drinking). And the door know to the bathroom was loose. We paus good money for the place, and we expected a quality place. We would stay there again but, not eat at McDonald's.
I love the Plaza. They have modernized the rooms and it's a very comfortable stay. The North tower has quick easy access to Fremont Street while the South tower has quick access to the gaming floor. They have good rates and the staff has always been friendly. The famous Hash House is located here. It's not my favorite restaurant, but many people like it. I'd recommend The Plaza over The D if you care about your actual hotel room. The D is OK. But their rooms are outdated, cramped and just don't have the same comfort or appeal.
