The wait is worth it and staff is courteous. Emergency rooms have taken longer with an overload of apathy. My PCP cared enough to listen, and will run multiple tests to rule out possible causes of my symptoms. Thank you to everyone who works here for choosing to get up everyday and come here to help those in need regardless of how rude and entitled some may act. We should all make the extra effort to take better care of ourselves, to reduce the strain on medical workers. Otherwise, if you don't take that time, then it'll cost you long waits at urgent cares so don't complain 🤗
Don’t bother coming here, unless you can afford to have your time wasted. They Made me wear a mask, and didn’t enforce their mask rule with other people. The bathroom was just filthy, and out of all paper. My appointment was at 1030. I showed up early, sat for an hour, got put in a room, and sat for another hour. I see the doctor out there on his computer, walking outside to talk to people twice, coming back in, and talking to some medical vendor, and I finally have to go ask him when I’m going to get seen. This absolutely ridiculous, and I’ll never come back.
Bring a pillow and a sleeping bag cause you are going to be here for a minute. The employees were really nice but I was waiting for the physician in the room for over an hour with an appointment. I ended up having to leave before I was seen by a physician to go back to work.
My family has used this facility for years. I have never had an unpleasant experience. Their professionalism is the reason I no longer have so many frequent visits to the doctors. They are very thorough and they keep good records.
Had an appointment for a physical at 2:30. I appreciate being attended by the nurse very quickly. However, I was forgot about afterwards. I stayed in the room waiting until they closed at 5
