Sat Nam! As for the most of the world, the coronavirus pandemic made me feel lost, lonely, and confused. Joining the Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training classes at RYK YOGA was the best decision ever! Mahadev is a wonderful teacher. Even if the classes are offered on Zoom, he transforms the teacher training classes in a beautiful community. After only a few weeks of training, I feel I have balance in life again, I found my peace of mind and more important than anything I smile with all my heart. It simply changed my life. I took the Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training Online with Cosmin Mahadev and it was a life changing experience. First of all, he is an amazing teacher, very knowledgeable and a great guide for your journey. I decided to study to deepen my practice but by the end of it I knew that Kundalini is a Science that must be shared to the world. If you're looking to deepen your path, this is the best option. Everything was always very clear and professional. I feel a better person after taking it, and the most important thing I learned is to love myself, so if this is what you want then look no more.

If you want Authentic Yoga, with a great atmosphere and excellent teachers this is the place to go. The community of people are fun and interesting with love and personal growth underpinning the the physical RYK Yoga is it in Las Vegas... The classes and teachers offer a wide variety of knowledge that is new every week. I have been going for a year and a half and it is always changing with an uplifting vibration- a definite place to get centered.

Beautiful place one that I am so grateful for. To be able to feel at home is the most beautiful thing for me everyday I walk through the door. The vibe is high and the people are so friendly and warm hearted that at times I find myself basking in gratitude for be able to be apart of such a beautiful community.
The first time I walked through the doors of Raise Your Kundalini Yoga and Meditation (RYK), I was so vulnerable inside. That feeling, of waking up and realizing today is the first day of my life and everything before today was gone. Long story short it was meant to be and I remember Cosmin reading my shirt and of course my shirt was tied to a beautiful memory... memories...
The community at RYK and the teachers of RYK really helped me overcome many days of darkness, guiding me towards the light and showing me the tools to apply to life’s pressures. Forever I am grateful to them and to all of you who make the community there. 💗🌞
Teacher Training, is a must. For me, I gained a family (class mates/instructors) and solidified my craving to expand my spiritual practice and bring about a oneness inside of me bringing out authenticity on the outside of me. The constant banter of my mind has been hushed. I have so much to say.... you won’t regret it.
