I had the pleasure of speaking with Sage from Simplicity Laser Hair Removal today when I called to inquire about packages for my wife. Sage was a wealth of knowledge in answering my questions during our conversation. I called with a specific plan in mind and she was able to keep her answers in that area. Sage did not try to up sell me therefore did not waste my time keeping at the task at hand. I really do appreciate that! I can’t wait for my wife to open her certificate on Xmas at which time I get to tell her about the great customer service I received. Jennifer and Taylor are Amazing! Very friendly and work efficiently. They have flexible hours and we’re able to squeeze me in when I was in a pinch and my schedule changed. I love the after gel they use. It’s calming and leaves my skin feeling smooth with no irritation. I would highly recommend this clinic over some others. I’ve been using laser treatments for a few years now but I have seen a dramatic reduction in my hair growth. A+
Let me start my saying that it takes a lot out of me to give a bad review. I've found the business in general to be pretty good. When I call online, everyone that answers is very flexible, accommodating and helpful. But it's this particular location and customer service on site on the Washington location that I have issues with. I've had good experience with some technicians like Zoe and Ally but its this particular team I keep seeing being so unprofessional and rude. A few months ago, I showed up 5 minutes late to my appointment due to an unexpected road accident, and they only did half of what I made an appointment for. I've waited countless times in the waiting room for 15-20 mins and I show up 5 minutes late once and now I have to come back to get my complete appointment. It's not very fair but regardless I did have a little fault so I decided to let that one slip. And I kept having little issues with the same team working. This morning I had an appointment for my legs. I am an annual member and I know my membership expires in March. When I tried to reschedule it for 8 weeks, the front desk girl told me very extremely rudely that my membership expires next week. I was pretty sure it didn't so I asked her more questions about how to renew it and to double check my membership. She was in no mood to talk, was very hard to get words out of her, very rude and kept telling me that I have nothing to schedule for. I gave up and left because I saw it was pointless discussing with her. It was just such a bad way to start a new year's day. The rudeness was very annoying to deal with when it was clear she was so bad at her job. I called the main line and they told me my membership does it fact expire on March and they let me reschedule one for 8 weeks. I've just had it now, and I'll keep using simplicity but go to a different location.
Every time I get my treatments I’m beyond happy ! Service is fantastic at this location . I’m always in the room by my appointment time. Jennifer is always so warm and welcoming - she’s able to answer any questions and is fun to talk to ! Evanna does an amazing job with my treatments and makes sure I’m comfortable and explains next steps . This place is great- totally recommend !
