After having an issue with my appointment I was impressed to have received a call from the owner whom went out of her way to improve my experience. She corrected the situation, explained how the process works, and followed-up with a call immediately after my next appointment. I appreciated how professional, honest and direct she was. She has phenomenal client service skills and I also love my technician Catalina. After my first treatment I’m happy and cannot wait to see the results. I have been a regular here for about 2 years now so this review is well over due. Everyone is so friendly and the service is excellent. I love it when I have River or Catalina as my technicians. It’s a bit weird the first time for a full Brazilian but they make you feel so comfortable and have done it a bunch of times that you don’t even feel embarrassed. I have recently moved but whenever I am in vegas I make sure to stop by and get touch ups!
Absolutely my most favorite place in the world! I get all my laser hair removal and tattoo removal done here, and I can only say good things. The most professional, gorgeous, friendly, and amazing customer service laser spa in Las Vegas, hands down. I’ve been to so many different laser facilities in Las Vegas, I’ve been quoted an arm and a leg just to do my Full Face - and I went through with it :( but all these places had disappointed me, burnt me, and some had no results at all...but then I found Simply Skin Las Vegas. Now, every part of my body is hair free, the girls get me in every time, even do same day treatments if they have time. They’re all so kind when I have to call or text to reschedule, they always pick up the phone with their friendly voices, and my treatments are always done timely and thoroughly ❤️ There is no better salon spa in Las Vegas, I guarantee it. Take it from someone who has been to so many. They offer per session pricing, AND packages, so I think that’s awesome that it can meet anyone’s package. And if you look at the pricing card below, you can see how affordable laser hair removal is. I’ve even done research into the machines they use, and they are TOP OF THE LINE. I speak from the experience of great results, ease of booking, and overall vibe that this is the best laser hair removal spa ever ☺️
I just went for my first session and I never give reviews but I can’t see how I wouldn’t tell anyone who is considering laser hair removal to absolutely go here! They have great prices and have way better service in my opinion than the overpriced places. I could not have had a better experience. If you’re hesitating, DONT! As long as you go here you’ll leave a happy camper!
