I really like Ellen! She is personable and made me feel welcome. She also did a great job with my tattoo removal. She helped to make it as painless as possible and after a few sessions my unwanted tattoo is gone! Would highly recommend going to see Ellen!

Ellen is THE BEST in town! I’ve been her client to remove my tattoos for over 2 years now and can’t recommend her enough!
She educated me on safely removing my tattoos and how patience pays off. I’ve seen other tattoo removals that weren’t done correctly and they leave scars. Ellen is kind, professional and even though the laser isn’t my favorite thing, she makes the experience lovely!

Ellen is great! She prepares you for the reality of tattoo removal. I figured that I had endured plenty of pain in my life from injuries and surgeries. She told me to forget about those types of pain. That it would be unlike any pain sensation I’ve had before. I was prepared after talking to her. She made the pain manageable even for such a large tattoo. Very professional and easy to talk to. I recommend this shop to anyone looking to get unwanted ink removed. Thank you Ellen!

I love coming here and look forward to my appointments. Ellen makes you feel so welcome all of the time! She is always on time and even uses numbing cream if you request it. The other places I have been to never offered it! Her treatments produce amazing results and I am so happy that I met her! Her office is always very clean, put together, and overall welcoming/calming.

I’ve been seeing Ellen at for ages now and she continually provides quality work, attention to detail, and always makes sure clients are educated about the process before making any decisions. She truly cares about the results and wants clients to be happy and satisfied instead of just making money- which cannot be said for plenty of other places in the area.
Ellen makes sure the process is as painless as possible and provides good conversation and great music to distract her clients. Tattoo removal isn’t a “fun” process but she has blown me away with how easy and quick it can be.
Overall incredibly impressed with Ellen and Skin City Laser in general and I would recommend her to anyone!!
