This review is long overdue. I have been a patron of this establishment for over fifteen years. During this span of time, I've shared many good times with the most hospitable staff and customers. There is now a comfortable area to lounge in outside; this area includes cornhole, fire pits and television. Shannon greets me when I come in the establishment with a drink and a smile. She is fantastic and brings laughter to all!
Local watering hole with nothing to really separate themselves from other like gaming bars. It is worth for the food though. It claims it is "hand crafted" and they are right. It is solid for a local bar like this. It might be the best Cuban sandwich I've had (even after five months living in Miami). Baked beans are great too. Another bonus is most underrated views of city from patio, but can't see anything from inside. One downside is that ordering is an ordeal as bartender and restaurant are different revenue centers. Doesn't feel like efficient system for customer service as I have money ready to spend (bartender got theirs), but need to wait 15 minutes just to order. Not sour enough to not return. Keep up good work.
My husband and I have been here before and the food is good. But when we went in the week of 6-21 the bar was busy with one bartender. She didn't great us and no one came to the table to take the order. Someone came from the back to talk to a customer at the bar looked at us and went to the back. We waited about 15- 20 minutes and walked out. We went to Timbers, were greated from the bartender when walking in, had timely service good food and when leaving the bartender said thank you and have a great day. Casablanca's customer service is extremely lacking. We won't be back.
Food was decent, service was good until turnover than downhill, being notified at the end that you had to lose $20 per drink for the drinks to be compted when gambling and told I have to move because someone else wanted to gamble when other machines were available. Sadly will not be coming here again.
If I could give this place a negative 5 I would . Most of the Bartenders at this location don’t care about hospitality anymore just money. If you want good service forget about it . Unless you’re a degenerate gambler with no life that spends half there lives here. IF YOU CANT STAND MUSIC BEING PLAYED ON YOUR TOUCH TUNES (jukebox) THEN DONT HAVE ONE @BARTENDERS TALK TO YOUR MANAGERS. YOU ARE ALREADY RACSIT ENOUGH FILTERING OUT HISPANIC MUSIC. YOUVE JUST MADE IT WORSE.
