I truly suggest this spot!! food is acceptable and administration is unquestionably stunning!! I need to say thank so a lot, Mike!! You are the awesome!!! You transformed our night into an astounding evening. It was my companion birthday when we went there and my life partner didn't realize that they do free treat for birthday celebrations yet I knew. At the point when my companion went to utilized the bathroom, I inquired as to whether they would give my life partner a cheerful Birthday dessert and keeping in mind that we were talking my mate appeared suddenly and mike contorted the story to keep the birthday dessert an amazement! So that was stunning!! Toward the end my life partner was truly amazed and glad about the cheerful Birthday dessert!
I'll preface this by saying I've been to the Capital Grille in Kansas City, and it was an absolutely incredible meal. My visit to the Vegas restaurant (highly recommended, and was told it blew the KC restaurant out of the water). To say the least, I was very disappointed. Our server was diligent, but didn't run through the entire menu with us, failed to mention the off-menu lobster bisque (something I order at any visit to a steakhouse). The lamb chops were good, but not incredible, and the $50+ Kona Crusted New York Strip was not good at all. My girlfriend ate about half, we didn't bother taking the leftovers.
This was always one of my favorite restaurants in Vegas. Today I ordered a to go lunch for my wife and I. My wife order a Caesar salad. I could not believe when I got to the hotel across the street and saw a small container of the lettuce with a few cretins on top. I call to speak to the manager and was on hold for 11 minutes. She said I could walk back from my hotel and they would make a new salad. I explain to her that it was a 103ﾟ outside and that she could deliver a salad to my hotel lobby. The capital grille in both Houston and Dallas are top notch but this one in Vegas is a huge disappointment. Head a Caesar salad tonight at Morton' Steakhouse.Compare for picture versus capital grill. This is a overpriced restaurant
Working with Jackie & Drew to make our 15th wedding anniversary dinner amazing was great from start to finish. Anytime I had questions, sent emails or called, they responded promptly. We are from out of state so their help with all my questions and floral arrangements were appreciated! The night of the dinner our waiters went above and beyond for our guest & I, wish I could remember their names, but they were amazing, everything was amazing, the service, the food & the drinks! Thank you Capital Grille, Jackie, Drew & staff for an amazing anniversary dinner.
I came to Vegas as a tourist for my birthday and chose Capital Grille for my birthday dinner. I called in advance to ask about dress code and was told no tank tops or ripped jeans etc. So, being a tourist I had to dress up and pack a backpack with a change of clothes for after dinner. I arrive to the restaurant to find people dressed in tank tops, ripped jeans, pants sagging with butts showing, flip flops etc. This is really frustrating to be told this attire is not allowed and then show up to this. The food is very pricey and the steak and lobster was good, but the steak had hardly any flavor, only butter from the lobster. This place is decent but not worth the $$$ AT ALL.
