A couple weeks ago my daughter and I went here (not the first time) and we waited for Jason, the Bud Tender. My daughter first met him when he was doing deliveries and she said he is The Best delivery person EVER! He was always friendly and apologetic when they were behind in delivery orders. When he became a Bud Tender he's Just As Amazing m, Friendly, Customer Focused and Knowledgeable. He doesn't rush you and wants to make sure you get the best strain/product. I love the specials this place runs every day. Hit my 1oz limit today and will be back tomorrow to get some more bud and pick up my free cart I won today on the weed wheel. Great service from the bud tender also. Enjoying some PB Souffle as we speak.
This place has the best deals and great staff (Sabrina ;) ). That being said... they NEVER EVER have enough bud tenders helping people. They have a horrrrrrible horrible system for medical patients. If medical customers keep coming in, the main line literally never moves. They need 1 dedicated cash register for medical. I waited 40 minutes in line today. You better plan half your day around finding parking and waiting in line if you plan on coming here. I'd almost rather pay more to get in and out in under 40 minutes.
Updated for pandemic: Great job to the team today handling the curbside. They worked together to handle all patients as quick as possible while all adhering to masks and distance. They also STILL have great daily specials & a great team.
I placed online order in the middle of the night as I usually do for a 9 AM pick up. saw a couple flash sales on their wax (once again as always) But then got the call from Benito The manager to inform me they will not be honoring the discount and if I would like to come in and pay double. He explain to me about a Glitch. I am cut from a different cloth I guess. My thoughts take the glitch up with your computer guy and honor the quote for your customer Between this and always getting different answers about how to redeem points and all the $49 quarters becoming $45 eighths somethings definitely changed I’m sure I will continue to shop there but until today they had 100% of my business. Worst case scenario they would’ve lost $20 on this deal but to me it’s about the principle
