Great customer service. I brought my son here to buy a Star Wars themed Lego set. The store does not seem that big but the variety and quantity of Lego sets are. They even have a wall of loose Legos for you to pick and build from.
Love coming here and seeing all the lego sets they don't have online!!! You can find all the limited edition things that are always sold out! I also like that if you're a Lego VIP member and if you spend a certain amount they give you free little builder sets with your purchase! I got a free spooky themed one since it was around Halloween 🎃 Also, I had a green sprout hair clip & one of the workers saw it, so as I was checking out she gave me ANOTHER free little farmer lego set as well since she said it matched the sprout I had in my head! I thought it was so cute and thoughtful 😭 I'd definitely come back to spend all my money!
My grandson, 11 years old, loves Lego's, once he found out there was a Lego store in town he was on a mission to get there. I gladly volunteered, wow walked from the Venetian hotel Long Walk to find that place but well worth it, he had a great time going around and around the store trying to decide what to get, _120. 00 dollar's later I had the happiest grandkid in the world, well worth it.
This place offers free Lego passports that you can then get stamped at all the different Lego stores you stop at in different states. Staff were Friendly, nice, and helpful! :-)
Frustrating. They had items I wanted that were not available online. The worker told me they would ship for free just as they do on the site. I went to checkout and they did not ship for free. I was buying almost $400 and no free shipping. The manager didn’t seem interested in what the other employee had told me. They also didn’t carry anything exclusive to the location which was disappointing.
