I’ve been going to the Medical Spa for over two years now, and Chris has been my technician. He has been so brutally honest and even talked me out of a procedure that wasn’t needed that would’ve made the Spa money. I’ve been going to him for photo facials, for cellulite, and for vein removal. I’ve been to other medical spas, and plastic surgeons, and I have yet to see better results than what the medical Spa has shown me. I appreciate him and his staff so much!I
I haven’t been to this spa in a few years because I hated it. I decided to leave this review because I saw a former employee left a review mentioning how she worked without pay. As for how my experience went... I’ve gone for three laser treatments before I decided to cut ties with this spa. They are extremely unorganized and inconsiderate of people’s time. For my second treatment, I remember waiting 45 minutes after my appointment time for Chris, who had not arrived to the spa yet. I looked past this, because I understand things happen but then I waited 2 hours during my third treatment, and Chris still asked me to pay without offering a discount or any kind of compensation. The wait happened because the spa booked two laser services at the same time with two different techs (Chris being one of them), but only had one laser machine. I didn’t leave a review then because I figured since they just opened, I would cut them some slack. Additionally, I saw zero results. A different laser tech informed me that the type of laser they used only worked for hair removal, not acne or hyperpigmentation. I’m not sure if this is true because I’m not a laser tech. However I didn’t see any results from three THE Medical Spa’s treatments, but saw results in my skin after ONE treatment from another technician. Hopefully they’re more organized now that it’s been four years, but I don’t support any local business that mistreats their employees.
As a previous employee at the Medical Spa I have a lot to say, but my main purpose for this post is to make it know to all his clients and future clients he has zero consideration for his employees. I have worked there for a year and I had to resign because he has not paid me in a month. I'm not the only employee that hasn't been paid, but I'm not speaking for anyone but myself. I take pride in my work and love what I do, my patients are always happy and request me mostly. The facility is unorganized and very poorly managed by the owner Christopher Gray. Sometimes I had to cancel appointments on my schedule due to lack of products to perform my treatments. I hung in there and kept pushing forward in hopes that the owner (Chris) would restructure and Manage his business more accordingly. I looked for IPL treatment for pigmentation removal and I found this place from a Groupon. This clinic has a variety of treatments they offer. I chose IPL and Laser hair removal, Prices are reasonable. The staff is really friendly and professional. All the schedule appointments always on time you don’t need to wait. They made me felt comfortably and I like the results.
I’ve been to the medical spa a couple times now, and I have to say the team they have there is so friendly and helpful. I had Chris help me with some skin issues and I can see an absolute difference with the few procedures I’ve had done. The prices were fair and the store is kept neat. Thanks medical spa!
