    I don't understand how this place has good reviews. Literally only visited because I'm completely out of flower and they're the only dispensary with a good ounce special right now. Don't bother ordering online for a quick curbside pickup (which is what they stupidly advertise on their site). They never notify you that your order is ready so I had to call the store and they said "you can come as soon as you place your order." That would've been nice to know before waiting for 3-4 hours. After driving around the store for 3 minutes looking for a curbside pickup area, I had to call AGAIN to ask where to park and they said "we don't offer curbside pickup anymore, you have to come inside." Oh my effing god. Y'all need to put this updated information up on your website because you're deceiving customers and wasting their time. I ordered online and selected curbside pickup for a reason: to get my flower and get out of there quickly. The flower I purchased is decent but pretty dry. The associates inside the store were friendly but seemed really lost; two or three different people had to walkie my name to inventory several times for them to retrieve my order, resulting in more wasted time. The store was completely empty too (on a Saturday evening!) but now I know why. Just save yourself the trouble and don't visit this place, even for the flower deals. Spend a little extra and go somewhere else that actually values your time and experience as a customer. Never ever coming here again.

    Staff is all very friendly and professional. They also have great deals. However I do wish the quality was a bit better. I will definitely return here if I need a deal.

    After having a bad experience with delivery the first time I ordered, Megan and Bleu (like the cheese he says) both reached out to me to make it better! They were super great and made me feel like they were genuinely sorry for my experience and that they wanted to make it up to me. Nick the delivery driver was also super awesome, he kept me up to date on where he was and when my delivery would be here. Seriously top notch customer service!! The gummies and pens have been great too.

    Really really disappointed to be writing this review. I just moved to town in August and have had several very positive experiences here, even made a friend. I’m sad to be writing this as it impacts the employees that work there that are actually great at what they do 😞 This morning I went in as usual but in the middle of my experience the budtender who was already assisting me started helping a customer who was in before me previously and had already left. I was willing to just wait for that person to finish assisting me. However, a lady came out of the side door and proceeds to ask me what else, besides what I had already picked out, I would like. She grabs the rest of my order and proceeds to check me out. I ask her opinion on a specific brand of gummies (vada gummies) her only response is “I don’t like them” no follow up, no other product suggestion. After providing a bland, much different, inconsistent experience than the previous ones I was very displeased and stated I more than likely wouldn’t be back again despite having wonderful encounters before. Her response “well I’m the manager on duty and if you don’t like it, take it up with someone else” and follows it up with how “they” don’t care that I won’t be back. I’m a return, 2-3 time a week customer and had accrued over $10 in points in just the first 2 months of me coming there. Sorry she doesn’t want you guys to have return customers, but I’ll take my business elsewhere. This is so disheartening because some of the employees there are SO knowledgeable and friendly, but it really is one bad apple that ruins it for the bunch. If I’m gonna spend $100-200 per week in an establishment on wax, there IS definitely a dispensary out there where I will have a consistent customer relations experience every single time, whether I go at 9am or 9pm. My advice if your gonna go, go in the evening, when the staff isn’t mad at life they had to get out of bed that morning to work in a customer service job. If you want service with a smile 😊 it’s not here, maybe check Planet 13. Never had a bad experience with Planet, and the 1 time a budtender made a mistake, they gave me an extra discount for the “inconvenience” of standing somewhere for an extra 2-3 mins. And no attitudes from unfriendly, grumpy “managers”. Happy toking friends 💨 Pic of my latest wax haul lol (would’ve been back in 2-3 days to spend more)

    First time going into a dispensary, and the only reason was because my boyfriend's ID was expired. I was pretty nervous actually because I was alone and didn't have my boyfriend to talk me through everything! But he definitely wasnt needed because both of my visits here were excellent!!!! To All of the staff who had to deal with my questions and my complete lack of knowledge when it comes to weed and whats best... I appreciate your patience and kindness❤️ I wouldn't mind coming for another visit lol and ive spread the word about this location and how amazing you guys are!!!!
