Horrible customer service. Called on Saturday, looking for serrapeptase and the lady on the phone said they had it in stock. I stopped by the store on Monday to pick it up and the gentleman that was there said they didn't have any that it had to be ordered online. He didn't even bother looking! Then we asked for a manager and told her the situation. And asked again if she could look for the supplement. She went back and found the supplement, gave it to us and turned around and left. Didn't even care about the other employees lack of knowledge and customer service towards us. They both need more training in customer service and product knowledge.. Of th
I have spent thousands at this store. There is not a time I come in that my purchase is under $100. I just came to restock some stuff and on the way my mask broke, I asked if they had another so I could shop and they said no. Nothing else. The stuff I enjoy from vitamin shoppe I'll just purchase online and I'll get the rest elsewhere. Customer service is a thing of the past.

Employees are so nice and actually remember you and what you buy. Will even call you when they have good deals on the things you buy regularly.
