I rarely write reviews but this was an extreme case. Chris, Miguel, Meghan, and Melissa provided one of the best contractor experiences I have had in my 25+ years in Las Vegas. The work was top notch. Their prices were competitive (I received four quotes), they were very transparent and clear on the estimate, they responded quickly and fairly to questions that came up during the job, and they did the work in a timely fashion(fully staffed and always on-time). I had absolutely no complaints and the work turned out better than my highest expectations. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.
They installed a new roof in 2017. Three years later, some shingles came loose. They came right out and took care of it. Thank you for your great customer service.
Water was coming down the wall in the master bedroom and I called them to check it out. They estimated the tile to be removed and install new black proofing paper. I agreed and paid $4000 to have the job done. It took a month for them to schedule the repair and that was fine. The roofers that came out were really nice and the job looked good. After summer when the rainy season returned a small leak started coming down the window. I called to let them know about the leak and they couldn’t come out to look at the warranty leak for 2 weeks. Then it rained again and now water was leaking into the master bedroom. The bathroom never leaked before. When the roofer came out he said it wasn’t the roof but the stucco where the roof and stucco meet along the entire wall so it was now leaking along the entire wall. I asked him why he did not estimate to repair the stucco with the roof since it was the leak I called for and now it is worse. He said he didn’t know, he thought maybe he said something verbally but didn’t know why he didn’t estimate it. I asked him for an estimate to fix the stucco and they sent one. The estimate was for $1,600-$1,700 for the stucco repair and $980 to repair the roof tiles along the whole edge. I stated that I supposedly have a 10 year warranty with this Tile repair and I would like to speak with the manager and the boss. I understand having to repair the stucco since he overlooked it but to fix the tile roof he just did 3 months ago was not acceptable. I asked nicely to speak with the manager. Seriously, never raised my voice or spoke badly and since they know I want to complain they have never returned my calls and their secretaries won’t reply to emails anymore. I even asked the lady if she is ignoring me and before she used to reply fast now she no longer replies. The companies interior department called and asked if I wanted to repair the interior drywall and I explained to her that the management has never returned any of my calls and if she could have one of them call. She said she would but never returned my call. This is so weird because everyone from the secretary to the roofers were really nice until the leak came back and now they completely ignore me. I’ll just cut my losses and go somewhere else but for management to not even return a phone call to explain why they refuse to warranty the tile repair is unheard of. If you use them just hope they do the job right the first time because if they don’t, you will not be hearing from them.
