    I have used an another company religiously in the prior years for window tinting and security film. But after shopping around this time and speaking with Total Eclipse I knew they were the business for me. Their price was fair and better than my old provider, which now I feel like I have been shafted in the years before. Total eclipse had better heat rejection compared to the competition. Total Eclipse has great communication and answered all my questions. Quick appointment and great team that came out. They did about 75% of my new residence in heat rejection film, which will save me money over the years to come. They were professional, friendly and did a wonderful job on my windows. The Purevue 50 looks great without being so noticeable. Thank you to John and the team who came out and did my house! I’ll definitely spread the word about how amazing you all are.

    I recently came here back on Tuesday, September, 6th, 2022 for my trucks window tint and I cannot say it enough they do an outstanding job. This isn't and wasn't my first vehicle to have done by this business. In the past I've had my wife's vehicle done and my Honda done by them and again no complaints and no problems with the tint. The biggest complaint I read is some claiming they don't honor the tint. I find this funny, because you need to show proof you had your tint done from them, keep your receipt or show your bank record. I strongly believe they give more than fairer pricing for the tint and it does keep the heat out of my vehicle for the majority. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and have.

    So I originally wrote below about an issue with my windshield tint. I spoke with John today at Total Eclipse who apologized for not getting back with me because of being out of town. And I apologized to him for not contacting them first before posting. We came to an agreement that hopefully both are satisfied with. Bottom line, as I mentioned below Total Eclipse did a fantastic job with my tint. Not a single bubble, line, speck of dirt or anything. I totally recommend Total Eclipse for any & all tint requirements you may have. They were fast, efficient and have a very comfortable waiting area if you're so inclined. Let's try to support these smaller businesses such as Total Eclipse here in LV when we know from others that they exhibit superior customer service and skills. It can't be easy on them in these economic times but we need them to thrive. And learn from my mistake, communication is the key if you think something isn't quite right! _____________________________________________________________________________ The Saturday of Memorial Day weekend I took my Honda CR-V to Total Eclipse for tint. The tint is very nice but... When I got into my car afterwards, the windshield wipers wouldn't turn off. My first thought was that maybe the windshield tint was messing with a rain sensor. With my Honda dealer only a mile away, I went there to ask them how to recalibrate or whatever. My Service guy looked at it and after researching suggested that maybe some water from the windshield tint got into the wiring. He suggested letting it dry naturally but because the wipers wouldn't stop even with the engine turned off, I left the car at the dealership so they could pull the battery to keep from draining it. Tuesday late afternoon our Service guy said they still wouldn't stop and being over 3 days later they recommend pulling the lower dash to evaluate. I authorized the $149 charge for this and the result was that the fuse box had a large amount of water in it that had to be manually dried. He suggested that I take the receipt with Honda's description on it indicating the excess water from tinting to Total Eclipse because they get referrals from the dealership and may have business insurance to cover for reimbursement. Because they were closed by then, I went back on Wednesday and explained what Honda found. While the write-up guy and (possibly?) owner seemed understanding, the 3rd guy (installer?) said it happens and I should have just let it dry out. I had lost the use of my car for over 3 days over a holiday weekend so how much longer was I supposed to let it dry out? I mentioned that Honda suggested that the fuse box wouldn't have dried out by itself. Anyway, the first two guys asked for the copy of the receipt and said they would contact me the next day. Here we are a full week later and they've ghosted me?

    After discussing how much it would be to get the whole car tinted and what the darkest I could go for the front windshield was, they told me it would be 350 for the whole thing and when I picked it up they did not tint the front windshield and said they never include it with the whole car and that it is 200 by it self if that was the case they should have mentioned it when I asked for a specific shade for the front windshield had they told me it wouldn't be include it I could have done it at I Tint LV for a hundred dollars cheaper. Scammy service.

    This privately owned company sure does live up to its reputation! I called in and that same day they schedule my vehicle and had it done in a timely manner. Not only that, their interpersonal tact on every approach is what makes this place feel like home. Very professional, honest, and genuine company. I would recommend this to anyone, I’ve had 3 cars tinted and this is by far my best experience. Please take the time to bring your vehicle by, get a price, and allow them to do their thing!
