What an awesome experience. Thank you Major Kim for providing the opportunity to watch the amazing men and women of the United States Air Force showcase their skills and display what it means to serve this country. God bless our military and God bless the USA.

As a veteran, I am still amazed everytime I see these guys in the show or practicing . The skills these pilots have just breathtaking. This is probably the only job where someone goes to work and is excited to go to work

7/29/22: Brought the kids. Great exhibits showing Thunderbird history. Rang the bell for the gift shop. Crew member came in, went into a room, came out and left not asking us if we needed assistance. Another crew member came in, looked at us and then left.
Update 8/3/22: Tried again. Rang the bell. After waiting 30 minutes, a crew member came in. I inquired about the gift shop and he helped me out; bought 2 shirts, 2 water bottles, and 2 coloring books for the kids. Crew member was helpful suggesting that there may be similar souvenirs at the Exchange. No patches or coins, available.

Was lucky enough to visit Nellis AFB in late January and got to see the Thunderbirds taxiing out for some practice. Highly recommend a visit if you are a fan of aviation. Picked up a few momentos from their gift shop too.

The note on the door said closed but a lady saw us and opened the door and invited us in. OMG!!! We ended up with 5 members of the Thunderbirds giving us a personal tour. They even got special permission and we were allowed into the hanger. The museum is fantastic! It covers everything from the initial idea to the current day. The tour guides gave an excellent presentation and allowed pictures and answered questions. This is well worth seeing.
