Shady! Unfortunately, the way it’s run is shady. First the manager did not tell me I was required to pay 4 months for the 30 day trial. Second she didn’t tell me that I had to pay $2 for every class I take. Third they will not allow to cancel your account until the 4 month is paid since they require a 30 day notice canceling the day after they received the payment meant I was stuck paying 5 months for a gym I went to once. The classes suck, the yoga teach who’s class I took didn’t even know what mountain pose was.

I've been trying to cancel for 6 weeks now, I'm still working from home and unable to get here even if I wanted to. I live 25 minutes away, but used to go on the way to work. In the middle of a pandemic they've limited their hours of operation, yet still require you to come in and sign *in person* to cancel. And then they have the nerve to raise my monthly rate $10. I've gone there twice, out of my way, only to find no one is there because their hour changes were not communicated. I loved the gym and the classes, but this has been a terrible experience trying to deal with their management.

I’m not sure why there are any negative reviews for this studio. I’ve been coming on and off since 2009, and I love it here. Instructors are awesome. The Yin classes are amazing and provide a relaxing, powerful stretch. And Venus classes are my favorite! The Venus routine took everything good about Bikram and multiplied it. They got rid of Bikram (great idea), ditched the monotonous script, and made the series a true flow. It’s an amazing and intense workout. In LA, I pay $20-25/per yoga class. So if I take two classes at Vegas Hot! in a month, I’m already getting my money’s worth. I think the low monthly rate plus a $2 fee for the instructors is a great idea. It keeps the cost low for customers. And it incentivizes instructors to fill their class. It works a whole lot better than the tip box system they used to have! There’s nothing hidden about their process when you sign up. So these negative complaints make no sense to me. You guys knew the deal when you enrolled! Why are you complaining? I see the studio is reopening 6/15/2020, after three months closed due to Covid. Welcome back, Vegas Hot! Can’t wait to visit you again!!

I usually wouldn't write a review but this yoga studio has really rubbed me the wrong way. In theory, its perfect, convienent, i liked the classes, and overall a very nice place. This is a new and business is falling short. I went in at the beginning of summer for my 7 day trial and they were offering $30 a month or $299 for a year membership. I decided I liked it a lot on day five. When i went to pay they said that the yearly membership didn't exist anymore. I purchased a monthly pass and as time went on they were pushing for more tips for the teacher. "Remember to tip your teach 2-4$" a class was on your class card. I found out from a friend that was going to teach there they only pay any employee 9.25$ an hour, i hope that isn't true. In august I get an Email that now they have an offer, $299 for a year membership. I was on vacation but decided to maybe i would do it and they were still offering a monthly no contract of $40. So i went in this morning(5:30) with my $40 in cash thinking i would see how i felt about this month, and now it is $59.99 a month. I told the clerk i didn't bring that cuz last email they sent me said $40 and i had checked the website, i got no sympathy and i was on my way. I'm not a cheap person, but this place has left me confused and feeling negative when it should not be like that!

This is the worst place. stay away at all costs. 1st, the number of classes they offer shrunk significantly in the fall and winter seasons and none of the classes would work a working persons schedule. They don't have early morning classes too. 2nd, they make you sign a nonsense contract that is incredibly difficult to cancel. you have to be there in person to sign a contract termination form and still responsible for bunch of unfair fees. 3rd, staff are very rude, disrespectful and show their real faces when you try to cancel the contract. To be frank I am very disappointed. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Stay away.
